This Privacy Policy describes how Verity Health, Inc. (“Verity Health,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our website and services. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, request a demo, contact support, or use our services. This includes your name, email address, company information, and any content you submit through forms.

Our services process Protected Health Information (PHI) on behalf of our customers, who are Covered Entities or Business Associates under HIPAA. PHI is handled exclusively in accordance with our Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with each customer and is not used for any purpose outside of providing the contracted service.

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
  • To send service-related communications
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or security incidents
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate our business (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery), all of whom are bound by confidentiality obligations. PHI is shared only as permitted by the applicable BAA and HIPAA.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), role-based access controls, and SOC 2 Type II-aligned operational practices.

5. Your Rights

6. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or through prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before they take effect.
